Route Sheffield To Cleethorpes Via Doncaster

    This route runs for around 70 miles between cleethorpes and Sheffield via Doncaster.

    The class 158 would have driveable services between cleethorpes and Barnetby, as well as AI at Sheffield.

    Class 801 "azuma"
    The class 801 would have ai only layers on the short ECML section.

    Class 66
    The class 66 would layer for freight and RHTT duties.

    Class 43 (emt)
    The class 43 would have layers as AI at sheffield

    Overall:
    An intresting route that passes through several large stations, it would have planty of layering options, and would introduce the class 185, which operates on a lot of routes around the North and Midlands.

    Yes, we need this. Would love my local line to be represented.

    Could maybe also include the Barton line as well, but would probably mean not going to Sheffield. Happy either way though.

    Also, the 150/2 could layer for the Doncaster to Scunthorpe stopper (with a reskin), as well as Sheffield to Adwick (AI after Doncaster) services.

    Be nice to have XC voyagers between DON and Sheffield too!

    I feel like they would be better suited for another route, and then the opportunity to layer here.

    they're not 158s, They are 170s (or 156s if set a few years back)

    Yeah, but no 156 or 170 yet so it would be the next best thing until we get those

    it would, but we do have a lack of modern DMUs in tsw so having one of them made would be nice. The 170 would give opportunities for quite a lot of routes which operate 170s (not just EMR's)

    One problem, the Barton line 170s are the 2 car variant.

    and they are also every 2 hours which isn't brilliant, I love the line though
