   I got myself a new PC and transferred my data but TSW wouldn't start up anymore because of this:
   
   I did even uninstall C++ and reinstall, maybe it was not the correct thing though? what do I need to do?

   It may be that you don’t have both the 32 and 64 bit versions on your PC.
