Route Art Decal Setup Help

hi how do you set out decals on tsw4 editor ? dont seem to work the way it does on normal unreal engine .. i can see my decal but there a big white box ?

Sadly still seems to happen so i dont know lol anyway thanks for the help
maybe its something to do with the image im importing ( tho they all do it )
