Another fantastic steamer for free, comes as skirted and unskirted version. https://www.dsgddr.com.br/
Must have missed it - others might have too Excellent state of the art modelling on this one, proving TSC is the number one steam simulator.
I keep getting an OOM crash when trying to use the PRR I1s from that site. Does anyone else have the same problem please?
Good find. I'll test it and see how good it is, and I'll see if the S1 crashes as IronBladder describes. Update: The installation instructions for the New York Central coach reskins are incorrect. Update 2: The S1 didn't crash for me. I was running it light engine on the Pennsylvania Steam route.
Also note that this is a rigid frame and it will derail on tight radius, Horseshoe curve is an example and will bind on some high angle switches. There is a patch to allow additional pivot angle on the pilot truck. There is also a show tender for this as it was shown at the Worlds Fair.
For clarification it is the PRR I1s that crashes for me, not the S1. And this is the type of crash I'm getting, not a derailing.
Sorry, I saw the title of the thread and thought you were talking about the S1s. Should have double-checked.
I am not having any issues with any of Dario's locomotives. I would look at a corrupted file causing the OOM.
How do i even install these things? I put some files into the utilities manager and then I can do anything with files which are RAR files and theres no tutorials and nothing to show me where I'm supposed to put them. For example it makes it so the dreyfus is invisible.
You don't need to use Utilities, it's antiquated and slow. Just extract the RWP file like any other archive and drag the Assets, Content and/or Manuals folder into your TS installation. There's at least one RAR file on that website, extract and there will probably be another RWP file to install.
