Steam How To Turn On Pzb/lzb After Save And Load?

after save and load, 85 sign became B sign, and manually turning off and on PZB causes penalty brake.
how to recover this without slowing down to below 45kph? this causes a HUGE hesitancy on playing german routes...

 

You shouldn't be turning on pzb when you're moving. Turn it on after coming to a stop so you don't get emergency braked

 

that method is... quite hard to apply for koeln-aachen with ICE3, next stop is session end.
