A new steam railtour timetable for Flying Scotsman and the railtours pack for the Kent Lines from Dartford to Favesham

 

we don't have any suitable rolling stock or locomotives to do a steam-based timetable for SEHS. It would be Diesel Legends of the Great Western all over again

 

I think he's asking for a steam railtour in SEHS for Flying Scotsman, not a steam based timetable.
