    The lifting times are generally random - so knowing that someone saw it at a particular time won't necessarily help you. I must admit I don't know what the level of randomisation is.

    That's the detail I was talking about... I wasn't gonna spoil it, but yeah, at 10:02 specifically.
    Ok that's pretty cool! But also interesting, since I tried it at 9:15 and, although it was a couple minutes late, sure, did see it just like the other person did. Maybe I just got lucky then!

    ive heard the air raid sirens going off and the church bells ringing. still have to see the bridge lifting though.
