Hi I recently installed a standard scenario along with some repaints and something weird happened with my TSC. All my custom made scenarios are gone from the drive menu but still exsists in the editor menu. If I create a new copy of them in the editor the new copy shows fine in the drive menu and is playable. Anybody got a clue to what has happende or maybe a solution that dosent involve me manual making a new copy of all my free roam scenarios again?
Scenario database has most likely corrupted, deleting them forces the game to regenerate them on startup. Completely safe and standard practice for fixing missing scenarios and has been covered countless times in this and other forums, hence not really wanting to repeat myself continuously when a search of the forum would have led you to this anyway.
Thanks for the explanation. I did try searching but could not find any thread with this information. However the proposed solution did not fix the problem. The scenarios are still missing from the "drive menu" and present in the "editor menu".
I presume you did not have the game running when you deleted the SDBCache.bin and SDBCache.bin.MD5 files?
Hi. I did not. I have also tried deleting every cache files and rebuilding as explanied elsewhere. Some of my "standard" and "free roam" scenarios just wont show in the drive menu, but as soon as I make a "clone" using the editor the copy shows up no problem. I'll see if I can make a SS later and post them if that helps explan the problem.
