TSW4 PS5 Build number 972 London Commuter Service 1M23 Brighton to Victoria derails upon loading. I've tried three times now, and each time as soon as the service loads, the train tips left, freezes for a moment, and then flies up in the air.
I've had the same problem on London Commuter. I don't remember the specific services, but closing TSW4 from the PS5 menu and restarting it always corrected the problem for me.
