Yes that's exactly what I'm asking you, the post you quoted was about the preview images of the route scenery from the roadmap article which has nothing to do with EDN layers.
Not but it’s amazing how YOU were quick to claim I was wrong and you were right and it will layer. Funny how you’re quick to jump on others and claim they are wrong. Yet not so quick to admit YOU were wrong. And before you do your usual and deny saying such things I will quote your post below showing your comment. it may be that time where you are but the forums are on all sorts of time zones.
Because like my comment above this shows. Said member was quick to claim it was layering with no proof just assumptions. Then when I said we have no confirmation of this he basically rubbished my claim. Tonight was proven I was right all along.
The post I quoted was to alert the member in question whom said I was wrong. Now let’s keep the thread on topic ie Fife circle.
It certainly does. I grew up with a girl whose step father worked on the bridge as one of the workers who paint the bridge. Still amazes me to this day that was a never ending task. As soon as they reached the end they went back to the start again and started repainting it. Absolutely amazing piece of architecture and structure.
Grow up and stop being petty, will you. I was wrong but I'm not going to make a song and dance, let alone make one to your tune.
Amongst all the irrelevant bickering here, here is a screenshot of the Class 170 cab, which is featured in Rivet’s latest video. First impressions are that is looks nice and detailed, and more importantly accurate to the real thing. This is something I can’t fault Rivet with; the modelling and details.
Then leave the forum. I spent hours trying to sort out the Class 150, only to be ignored and all my source reference(s) dismissed. I don't care of your opinion, you won't of mine either, but I will continue to let the forum (and Rivet's), know of their shambles sound implementation and will ensure my voice is heard, so another DLC is not butchered and left to rot. It's as simple as that really.
No. Don't you think this is a bit dramatic? I understand where you are coming from but again you're all basing this off of very negligible examples of the DLC which you only got a snippet of.
Really? That seems weird after all the p.i.s displays with class 385 services apart from one on the first teaser. I would've thought the 385 would at least layer onto fife. Wow. Another disappointment from rivet.
But you replied here. Are you going to admit you were wrong as well when saying I was wrong about it not layering
No one needs to admit anything, apart from hoping the 385 would layer. Hopefully at some point in the future it does, but it's not a deal breaker if it doesn't.
Not a deal breaker for me either will be epic with the 158. Woukd be good if rivet took there 150 as well and released a Scotrail version of it and included a timetable to use that as a DLC expansion when they ran out of Edinburgh and around Fife.
I think there is some confusion going on. Fife Circle layering back to E2G is the one that’s not happening. Thats what was being discussed. The question asked in the stream & the one answered was specifically referring to layering on the E2G route.
I wonder if it'll have scenario planner 2.0, I really hope we can use portals and all platforms so we can populate edinburgh and add E-G traffic
I did expect that, tbf. Not like anyone to do backwards layers, let alone rivet. It would be quite a shock if the 385 wasn't on Fife; especially as it's their train.
I’m probably getting a bit confused, is there 385/LNER 800 layers on Fife been announced, yes (they are) yes (but they ain’t) or no announcement? That’s quite a downer if not, Waverley was considered empty enough in the Edinburgh Glasgow, not good if they have the stock to do it, unfortunately it’s not common to see layers go backwards but if they are not going forwards that’s really not good even more so. no 385 is more than likely to suggest no LNER aswell.
The 385 layer is unknown at this point, we think it’s likely as most new content gets applicable layers from older content, also one of the very first images of FC shows the 385 just barely cut off. Someone has misheard a question which was asked in the roadmap stream (weather Fife Circle would layer backwards onto E2G), to which Matt said it’s unlikely, and took it upon themselves to tell everyone that Fife Circle won’t get the 385 layer. Basically we do not have a yes or a no on the 385’s.
Sounds about right. I’m guessing it’s the next route after the London Overground. Unless we get Semmeringbahn first.
I must say that shot from the stream of the 170 on the bridge really wants me want to but the route as it does look outstanding. I just pray it releases and sounds right as that will make or break it.
Just because on the roadmap is said upcoming routes were: London Overground Fife Circle Semmeringbahn I think fife will be before semmeringbahn just cause of the order.
All of these screenshots do make me think that unless it's a train pack, the I7C hst isn't making an appearance.
There must be something we don’t know yet. It’d be very odd for Matt to make the fleet comment he made if all we are getting is a 170 & 158. (Although considering the lack of rolling stock these days, 2 trains is a fleet for TSW).
The HST would be awkward as it's last stop northbound is halfway up the coastal line. As far as services that would be *full services* on the FCL, the 170 and 158 are all that are needed. Technically, Matt is right referring to it as the full fleet for Fife Circle.
Any service from Edinburgh to Kirkcaldy is 30-40 minutes at least. It’s hardly an insignificant journey. There are entire DLC’s in TSW which are less significant. Matt’s wording is just odd when that description has never been used before, especially considering how DTG are either being super specific, or teasing with how they describe things. In any case, I don’t really expect Rivet to do a I7C set, though it would have been nice & in line with Skyhooks MML network, 158 & HST rework.
Wasn't Matt referring to the fact that there still 2-3 DLCs left until the Scotrail fleet is completed?
