Yes. (source: rail-sim.de). Apparently the update has been sent by the route author "AlTerr" to DTG and should be published via Steam soon.
Unfortunately, I don’t see the Steam update in a positive light. It's clear from the Steam reviews that several users have contacted JustTrains, Steam, and Dovetail Games. It's been reported that JustTrains has forwarded the update to Dovetail Games. However, according to Steam, Dovetail Games has not yet submitted any updates, and it seems they haven't responded at all. Perhaps AlTerr or JustTrains could follow up once more. Edit: I also reached out to DTG weeks ago regarding the U1 DT4 upgrade, but I haven't received any response.
