It'll be interesting to see how the shutdown goes. Somebody suggested selling their intellectual property to Chris Trains, but no matter what happens hopefully we'll still be able to get and download their stuff.
The site owner has said The email address, Instagram and Facebook pages will remain available for any questions/support concerning the products. That should mean you can still download what you previously purchased - worth making a backup though
I noticed on the DutchSims forum that some people had used the website to purchase some add-ons but had not received an email with the codes required to activate their products and contacting the owner is proving difficult. I will be giving the site a wide berth.
