A class 387 would be great as they have put the service to Hayes and Harlington in service mode which I believe is what the class 387's were first used on or they could extend the electrification to Maidenhead maybe. I am sure I read they were making one not that long after the GWE was released but I could probably be imagining it!

EDIT: Having looked at the GWE timetable I cannot now see any Hayes and Harlington services.

The Hayes and Harlington services are now operated by TFL Rail. GWR used Class 387s to Hayes and Harlington when they were first introduced at peak hours due to electrification limitations but seeing as GWE is set around 2016-2017 the 387s would not be out of place

Thanks for that. I wonder if they could extend the electrification and change the route era a little. I do find it odd that they didn't include a 165 as they were more numerous than the 166 and you could have two car formations for variety. I quite enjoy the route but it needs a little more variety on it now, I hope they haven't decided not to release and DLC for it.

Sorry I meant the service mode timetable for TSW not the real timetable, I think I was thinking of the Greenford services which end at Ealing on the service mode timetable.

You know I’ll tell you something

They have a ‘ghost train’ at west Ealing sometimes that is in the chiltern railways livery
And it’s not on the real timetable(that’s why they call it a ghost train

It is on the timetable as they have to run it, it's a "ghost train" because not many people use it.

Due to HS2 works the Chiltern service out of Paddington was cancelled. The track it used was ripped up as far as Greenford where the line from West Ealing comes in.
