Can anyone tell me how to turn the DSD safety system on in the class 47 that comes with the Blackpool route, I keep getting pop up advising me to turn it on. I have the AWS turned on but I cannot find the switch anywhere in the cab to turn the DSD on to stop this pop up appearing. thank you in advance for any replies,
You can turn them on but the pop up won’t leave really (assuming it’s the same as Xbox), it’s not constant but it doesn’t recognise they are turned on for AP points etc. DSD is to the right of aws in the right corner. Black lever.
You can turn the pop ups off by going to setting, player assist and select Expert or turn off notifications.
mmm still not giving me the extra AP points. I am trying to get the platinum on the illuminations scenario. I turn the AWS on and pull that DSD lever so its not isolated but i am still only getting the 35xp every so often and not the extra for having the safety systems turned on ????
Yep known issue that I think started following the winter update. Also happens on the class 66 on ECML. DTG are aware and I think they’re hoping to fix in the spring core update.
I am having the same issue so hopefully it gets fixed soon, very annoying when you turn everything on but you're not getting the points you should be getting. I noticed this with another loco on another route doing the same thing.
Noticed that myself earlier today whilst ragging a 47 from Manchester Victoria to Leeds. The valve is there but it is not selectable and there's no cursor pop up.
The DSD has been removed in the last patch, as it interfered with AP scoring. It didn't do much anyway other than applying the brakes when you got off your seat while in Forward or Reverse.
