Hey all My first foray into using the editor has (almost unintentionally) resulted in an Enhancement Pack for Goblin Line. My aim is to release it today but am just waiting on another element to go into it before I can upload it. There will likely be more to come in the future but I feel it’s now substantial enough to warrant releasing it. In the meantime, a little 'before and after' teaser of some of the things included. In addition to what can be seen in the video there is/are; - Animated leaves in the fall hazard areas - Much more graffiti along the route - Enhancements to lineside foliage etc in the few places it was bare - Extra clutter along the whole route - Animated Seagulls at appropriate places along the length of the route It will include Bescot's brilliant lighting timers (and his fix for the shop fronts right up against the overbridge) as well as a little surprise from SprattyHeath.
JetWash, I have said it before but warrants saying again, you are amazing with what you can accomplish.
Available now; TSW4 | Goblin Line Enhancement Pack - Train Sim Community SprattyHeath excellent contribution isn't quite ready so will follow in an update. It will be worth the wait!

This is excellent - Thanks Jetwash. The only thing I'm finding slightly distracting is the leaves blowing around particularly at night when stopped in a station. Seeing the same pattern of leaves cycling around every few seconds in the headlights just looks odd especially when there are 2 groups of them. Very minor complaint though. Great job.
They are set to appear in October and November in the editor but they show up year round which is annoying. They do all fall in different directions for variety. I wanted to use the falling leaves from Ruhr Sieg Nord and I can see them in the editor but they don’t show up in the actual game. Add-on manager is a monumental PITA and it’s stopping certain assets showing up on certain routes. We’re all running into the same issues.
Amazing transformation, I drive from the cab, but there does seem to be more trees around which would reflect on an area with this much age to it.
I’m the same. Everything that’s there should be visible from the cab in one direction or the other, and there should be virtually no gaping areas of bare scenery for those screenshots now. There’s more to come, I’ve just run out of time for now.
Decided to run some at night. This is close to midnight. The first is coming into Barking from Barking Riverside with some fog activated. The second shot is at Woodgrange Park of a nice muse. These shots show how much improvement we now have with JetWash's mods.
It’s a second best to the one I really wanted but unfortunately that doesn’t show up in the game, even though it’s visible in the editor. At least it adds a bit of ‘something’ to the fall hazard sections of the line.
Just one small piece of feedback - the autumn leaves are behaving slightly oddly; as I get near them, they're on the floor in a vague circle, then they rise up as I pass and fall again. The rest looks
That’s what I was seeing. Always the same pattern - I didn’t see any variation yet. Apart from that a big improvement on an already great route.
There is no variation, that’s the animation as is. it’s a stock asset and I’ve set them to fall in different directions and set the timers differently but that’s all that’s available to me as an option unfortunately.
Fair enough - I think it just seems odd because when they appear they're on the ground, then as you get closer they glide upwards in a cylindrical pattern, then fall again after you pass. I know nothing about how these things work, and am endlessly impressed by folks like you who can do this magic!
Loving the EP really adds to the already well-done detailed route. I especially like the night lighting. Any way to add some to the very far distant London Skyline, its always such an iconic spectacle whilst in London.
I should add it’s almost certainly a flat 2D texture so could possibly look a bit rubbish. It can’t hurt to give it a go though.
