Moin, yet another route proposal. Another versatile stretch of railway where you can drive almost anything from commuter to InterCity and cargo. Plus it's international, it crosses from Germany into the Czech republic, so even more options for rolling stock there. However, the real star at the at this party is the scenery. Be it the old town of Meißen, downtown Dresden or the Niederwartha hydro power plant. And then there's the Saxon Switzerland itself, a national park for all the right reasons. The natural beauty here is comletely off any chart. Straight out of a fairytale or high fantasy novel. I promise you, should this route ever come to TSW, you'll genuinely worry about orcs boarding your S-Bahn (and hoping for elves) and wonder whether it's OK for dwarves to use kids fare tickets. I push this suggestion. Dresden - Děčín has wonderful nature with the Elbe, the Elbe Sandstone Mountains and the Bastei included with some nice infrastructure like the "Stadtbrücke Pirna" or the "Königssteiner Viadukt". Interesting rolling stock, especially for freight trains there is the multisystem electric locomotive BR 180 (former 230)/ CSD 372 (ES 499.2). For some regional personal services between Germany and the Czech Republic there is the BR 642 (Siemens Desiro/ Diesel)
That looks pretty cool. Would also love to see a new country in the game, even when it's just a cross-border route with Germany.
