Similar to Scenairo Planner, you should be able to create your own 24 hour timetable on a map, so you can have it more realistic. Also, add AI-only services out of the map like on East Coast way, do the Brighton to Hove shuttle.
I can imagine it would be difficult to implement without the pc editor, but if it is possible, hell yes!
Dtg basically explained it in a roadmap stream, but it wouldn't be feasible. Even with a very powerful pc, simulating a timetable can take a really long time and use a lot of resources. You have to do that for every small change you make to the timetable. That also means you can't have anything else running on a console. It is also much easier on pc to organize and build a timetable compared to consoles. While it would be great, it becomes impractical in the long term
