Steam Clinchfield - Distant Trees Bug?

I rarely play CRR so I can't tell how common/known this issue is, but I encountered a bug with foliage and distant trees being either untextured or winter-y. It was during a service in the journey. I open the timetable/objectives windows to show the service name should it be needed for identification.

 

Has been a thing ever since CRR was released for TSW2 way back in 2021.
