Is anyone having game crash issues after load previous save on ps5? I have that issues after the last week update. It crashed when I load into my previous save in free roam

I was playing on Cajon Pass Bastow-San Bernardino route before the update last week. After I updated the game last week, I went back into my previous save on Cajon Pass then my game crashed. So i started up another free roam on Canadian National Oakville Subdivision: Hamilton to Oakville route, i didn’t have any problems with it until a day later when it crashed.
DTG Harry same problem overhere on PC, it happends when you take an other (self inspawned) train or do some shunting and path setting. I tryed it out with different self placed trains, It happends after the spring core update. Fatal error!
