Good afternoon everyone, Today we are sharing a First Look showcase for the upcoming US route LIRR Commuter: New York - Long Beach, Hempstead & Hicksville! Get yourself ready to experience America's busiest commuter rail road, arriving into Train Sim World 4 on 30th April! LIRR Commuter: First Look
Just had a watch and it looks good - but at 29 seconds it looks like the platforms are still clipping at Penn station... It may just be perspective - but can this be checked please?
Zooming into the photo. It might be the perspective. I don't see any clipping at all in the platforms. So it's very likely the perspective giving off the illusion that it's clipping
No, The discount is only for PC Steam 10% off and if as a PC player you bought LIRR on the PC previously another 10% off. SO 20% in total. Console users get nothing. Hentis
Alright it looks great so far. Especially the M9 but I do have some feedback I like to offer however. Obviously this should have been a free upgrade OR heavily discounted for those who had the original LIRR, but then again SEHS had ALSO through the same thing( Not to mention didn't include any new trains along with it. Just reworked 395 and 375 ALONG with the 465 now included. Positives The scenery looks a damn site better than the original, but maintained the familiar feel of OG LIRR The M9 Looks great, the PIS is Spot On The sounds are decent, the M9 I can't judge for myself however, but the M7 is using the Harlem Line sounds which is good Negatives The M9s headlights look SLIGHTLY off, but this is something you can't tell with a naked eye. The M3 isn't included by default This list is a work in progress I will add or adjust this during the release article and my review
I think that's just how the ai drives. Remember the antelope first look also had that issue with the f125 but it turned out fine
Same here. Initially I was very sceptical but this looks like a worthy remaster. It’s a shame the discount wasn’t a bit more for existing owners but it is what it is. I definitely sniff a preorder coming on here and I will be getting this rather than Semmeringbahn.
So far, it looks great. I 2nd that, the M9 sounds in TSW are identical to how it sounds in real life. I am definitely pre-ordering this route.
People like me coming in here looking for useful critiques prior to making a purchase may be curious to know why you think it's a rip-off.
