Hi! Recently, I wanted to drive a TGV in freeroam on KWG, as well as on other german routes, but the traction lock didn't turn white, although I followed the steps from the introduction. On LGV in timetable, everything worked fine and even some time ago (a year or so I think) it had worked on SKA in a own scenario. TGV also doesn't work in custom scenarios or formations on it's base route... I got a little bit frustrated with this train
If the TGV doesn’t work in free roam it’s totally normal, in free roam you have to use electric trains capable to run on the route you chose. The TGV we have is the 200 Series which is only running under 1.5 kV DC or 25 kV AC 50 Hz. KWG is rated at 15 kV AC 16.7 Hz, that’s why it’s not working, unless you’re on a custom scenario with “off the rails” enabled.
