Rules: 1. Pick up to 10 routes already in TSW 2. For each route, suggest one DLC that you think will enhance it the most 3. No more than 5 of your suggestions can be entirely new trains, the rest should be new liveries or closely related to existing DLC 4. A suggestion of a loco can include corresponding coaches or wagons 5. You can't suggest anything already available for another route or on the roadmap 6. Suggested DLCs can obviously benefit more than just the route you're pairing them with. Mine: 1. Luzern to Sursee: Re 420 + EuroCity coaches. We need more SBB stock to being life into this route, and this would express services, plus combine with existing wagons for freight services. It's probably the most iconic loco in Switzerland, and would fit any future SBB routes. The coaches could appear on certain German and Austrian routes too. 2. Fife Circle: Scotrail HST The HST speaks for itself, and would add an extra dimension of services to this route. 3. Cross-City: XC 170 Would add some different service types, and bring some life and variety into New St. Could also appear on MML. 4. Brighton Mainline: Class 455 They've gone in real life, so the Southern network is a bit boring, but the virtual one doesn't have to be. As this would largely swap in for services that already exist, I don't think it would have the same problems as the 700. 5. Dresden to Riesa: ICE-T The type of ICE that you;ll actually see on the route, and the titling would provide an excellent driving experience 6. Linke Rheinstrecke: DB 151 A more natural freight loco for the era, and one that lasted into the modern era too. 7. West Cornwall: IC Swallow HST To add more authentic long distance services for the era, this is my favourite livery and frankly reminds me of my childhood 8. ECML: LNER Class 225 The UK's best remaining train, and would add variety to services on the route. 9. Glossop: Northern Class 150 Would allow for Hope Valley services, more AI at Piccadilly, and would fit into future Northern routes. 10. Semmeringbahn: other IC coach variants (e.g. Amz) Self-explanatory

TVL - Class 56. NTP - Class 25. PFR - Green Class 45. SoS - BR 2-6-4T Standard Tank loco. GWE - Class 165. WCL - Paxman Valenta HST. ECML - Class 91 + Mk4 set. BML - CIG/BIG (historic layer). ECW - VEP (historic layer). WSR - Class 14 Teddy Bear. In addition can I just plug my usual soapbox that all routes using BR Mark One stock need more variants including catering cars and some official (not mods) blue/grey reskins for the BR Classic routes to add variety to the ubiquitous Mark Two sets. For ECML I had a difficult time choosing between the Class 91 or a Class 55 Deltic, but being realistic the Class 91 layers better into the era, whereas the Deltic would need to be part of a “ Legends” exercise and need some Mark 2 aircon stock, or be limited to railtours. Some of the above could layer on to more than one route, for example the Southern Region heritage EMU’s.
