Loco Setup Ice3 Destination Boards

Can somebody explain to me, how to set up my destinations, and get my FIS to work?

 

you need a service assigned to it. It works just fine in a service:

 

exterior PIS seems to work on other services but not on the one you are playing...

 

I have a service on it, but it is just an AI Train, how can I set what is shown on the outside?

 

In the service node in the timetable is a tab "passenger info system" where you can set the service number like ICE 584. If your service contains stops outside the map you need to set them as virtual destinations in the enter portal and exit portal node.
