Honestly, I'm just kinda stuck between Ruhr Sieg Nord and Rapid Transit.
RRN gives me a black forest vibe that non of the other routes can give me, the second the rain starts, good lord this route transforms.

While rapid Transit, it's just the normality of it that I like. There's nothing majorly Scenic, nothing necessarily special.
It's just a regular Transit line, and that's what I quite enjoy.

Aachen to Cologne, just a classic route with a bit of everything really, gorgeous station at Cologne with the majestic cathedral, a decent high speed stretch with some gradients to keep you on your toes, pleasant countryside and also a slower section so you again are kept on your toes and not just setting the speed at 250kph, lots of traction choices with commuter stoppers, high speed and loco hauled services on that route.

Top five routes for me would be:
    1 - Dresden - Riesa
    2 - Semmeringbahn
    3 - Niddertalbahn
    4 - Dresden - Chemnitz
    5 - Ruhr Sieg-Nord

While I don't have enough European loco DLCs to actually make a top five of them alone, my top five Euro locos overall from both loco and route releases:
    1 - BR 193 Vectron
    2 - OBB 1116/BR 182 (Practically the same)
    3 - BR 101
    4 - BR 155
    5 - BR 103
