Don't worry, the things you listed will never be fixed. For the 425 and the too bright lights theres Spikee's cabcam mod which also fixes the lights (if you're not on console)
Ah, that's reassuring xD (but yes, well, I've been thinking about giving up the console for a while...it's better on PC anyway
