Steam M7a Not Working Anywhere

Hi,

I have Train Sim World 4 and I just bought Train Sim World 4 Compatible: Train Sim World 2: Harlem Line.
Both Trains (M7A and M3A) work fine in any Introduction and Timetable. But If I spawn any of them in Free Roam, the Red Thing is around the Power Lever Indicater and the Train won't move. I set up the brakes as shown in the introduction. Under the Third Rail Setting thing on the Right Hand Display in the Cab it says "VDC --". The trains also don't run under Training Center. Can someone help me please?

 

Free roam is just one big broken mess, quite a few locos & trains won't move in free roam.

 

Yeah, Thanks for your help. I just noticed there is no way to move or adjust the Third Rail "pantograph". i hope they fix Free Roam in TSW5..
