    Any fix for the next destination cab display on the 802 or the lights on the BRO 425?

    Ticket database is implying the bro 425 tail lights might be fixed in the last few days... so i'm going to get someone to confirm that :)

    Next destination display... i'll look into where that is.

    As you're about Matt, can I chip in with the other outstanding elephant in the room, please? Being able to delete stuck trains while running a timetable as part of Journey mode, which is currently not possible. As Journey mode is essentially just an "editor's choice" of best runs and doesn't really confer anything other than a sense of satisfaction, it's not really cheating to be able to trim the service and enable the run to be finished.

    Test fix went in to a build for that today, we'll see how it is and if all good it can go in to an update.

    You Said for many Years you want included the Dostos Cab Car for Rhein Ruhr Osten with is missing as Playable Service on the Timetable.
    But we never got this update/fix

    Would be awesome if it was fixed. I'm also one of the people driving with minimal HUD and its really hard to distinguish or guesstimate if I'm in a normal 1000Hz supervision or in a restricted one. The trusty 103 really deserves to be working to its fullest potential. Hope you'll make use of her in more future routes :) Maybe we could get another version that reflects the 103 in the early 2000's with the current DB logo and without the buffer covers.

    What? They're actually just might be going to be fixed? Don't get me wrong but I honestly lost hope after having reported this issue via ticket at least three times, back when BRO was freshly released.

    While we're at BRO, any fixes for the KaKo cabcars destination board always resetting as soon as you touch it an dial in something? Also the taillights got the top white light illuminated too. Shouldn't be like that.

    Thanks for actually getting some of the older bugs sorted out now. Honestly didn't think it'd happen, ever.

    Someone reported an issue with a SH scenario. Just fired it up and another bug appeared (not modded!) You wouldn't be allowed to use that loco IRL...

    Well we can only hope. And I dont have that much hope, being honest. But I really like the tendency where this is going at the moment, seeing Matt active and participating and (seemingly) quite some nearly forgotten stuff now getting fixed.
    There'll never be everything fixed, no doubt about that though.

    Can't speak to missing signage on LFR, but Semmeringbahn is definitely missing speed reduction warnings (Ankündigungstafeln, = German Lf6). Unless that's prototypical for the route?

    This Playable Services Matt are missing since the Rhein Ruhr Osten Release, because Both Ways Are only the Loco at the Front.
    You talked many Years about here that you want Look about it for fixing This on the Timetable

    • PS5 - Pressing 'Circle' to acknowledge PZB/SIFA takes multiple presses on certain Locos
    • BR 146.2 MSB, DB BR 146.2 (Kassel Würzburg) -The cab blinds despawn when you're about 200m away from the locomotive"
    • DB BR 146.2 MSB (Mein Spessartbahn), DB BR 146.2 (Dresden), DB BR 146.2 (Kassel Würzburg) - defective door symbol; the green ""T"" symbol doesn't indicate that the doors are open, especially inconvenient when driving without HUD (in reality, the green ""T"" disappears to indicate open doors"
    • DB BR 146.2 (Kassel Würzburg), DB BR 111 - Safety systems are not recognized on the console. When I try to confirm them, the locomotive doesn't recognize it.
    • DB BR 112 - The brakes need to be reinforced
    • DB BR 112 - When setting the speed error to, for example, 60 KMH, this speed is often exceeded (rarely happens but is extremely annoying when it does).
    • Double-decker cars (ex. DB BR 146.2 from Dresden): The cab sound is way too quiet.
    • Double-decker cars (ex. DB BR 146.2 from Dresden): lack of door slamming
    • Double-decker cars (ex. DB BR 146.2 from Dresden): Missing stickers on the inside of the door
    • Double-decker cars (ex. DB BR 146.2 from Dresden): Large slots at the bottom corner of both driver windows
    • Ruhr, Sieg Nord 767.2, 766.0 Kassel Würzburg - Missing SIFA sound
    • BR 766.0 Mein Spessartbahn, 766.0 Hamburg - Textures are too dark.
    • Tharandter Rampe 766.0, BR425 Hauptstrecke Rheinruhr - missing SIFA on HUD
    • DB BR 155/PRESS 155 - The motor sound in the cabin is way too quiet
    • DB BR 155 - missing brake setting on the HUD
    • DB BR 425 Bremen Oldenburg - The exterior light is too bright and dazzles during the journey, just like the red light
    • DB BR 425 Bremen Oldenburg - After switching monitors to Dark Mode, they freeze, and the train needs to be reset for them to work again
    • BR 425 Hauptstrecke Rheinruhr - Positioned headlights for fog
    • BR 425 Hauptstrecke Rheinruhr - Things light up in the cab that shouldn't.
    • BR 425 Hauptstrecke Rheinruhr - The dashboard symbols that are circled green on the picture/start flickering from 60 KMH upwards
    • BR 423 München/Köln - Brakes need to be reinforced
    • BR 423 München/Köln - Interior seat textures need to be updated as they look blurry
    • BR 187 - Missing cabin sounds
    • BR 187 - The driver's seat is too far away from the control panel and too high
    • BR 187 - The train often tightens the brakes for no reason and no longer releases them
    • BR 187 - After a longer service life, the brakes no longer come loose
    • BR 187 - the cab 2 (which is completely wrong) needs to be replaced with cab 1.
    • DB BR 112 the cable for the dostos is under the train
    • The silver thing over all the driver's doors was forgotten to animate (DB BR425(all)
    • Cab Sound by all 422 is to quiet
    • Wiper issues by all 422 after 30min
    • By the 441 from Kassel fehlt der SIFA und PZB Sound
    • In all 442, the option of the monitors is missing To make lighter/darker
    • Both are missing the clocks on the left and middle display
    • The Dresden version lacks the rain
    • DB BR423 from Munich and Cologne/the passenger room light should be fixed it dazzles strongly
    • DB BR112 cab sound is to quiet

    Yes, TSW4 was pedalled hard and DTG told us all the wonderful new features, improvements/bug fixes and a new suspension model. And I have spent more time filling crash reports, raising tickets for bugs and glitches than ever, it is not Train Simulator World it is Ticket Simulator World because all I am doing is raising tickets. And where's the suspension that TSW4 was pedalled to have? I was just as happy or not happier on TSW3! TSW4 was not ready to launch and it still isn't 8 months in, too many bugs/glitches, but plenty of DLCs being created. Speaking of which I need to raise another ticket...

    TSW5 will solve all our problems, do we doubt DTG in this?

    Roadmap streams and smooth talks by the producer in charge give us lots of hope, expectations even, doesn't it?

    Sarcasm aside, the backlog of bugs, problems, omissions, failing licenses keep mounting, and a new iteration of the game will give it a fresh start.
    At least on the consoles, PC users just have to live with carry forward/carry over of all the accumulated defects.

    but fixing core and dlc bugs doesn't make money, releasing a "new" game every year with features promised in previous iteration does
    c'mon, you need to understand dtg side too, their hunger for money, as well as all companies that becomes big and leaders in their segments
    luckily train planet is coming to (maybe) put an end to this dtg accommodation

    Here's the translation:

    "The problem often lies with the licensors/platform owners, for example, Sony (everything costs money, and not a small amount, especially niche games like Train Sim World. Players and such games cost a lot of money in development, licensing, etc., and often it's also the lack of time for the developers. A company always needs to make a profit as quickly as possible. DTG has deadlines and times for when things must come out.

    But as an example, DTG asks the DB, 'how about we make diesel route x y with train x y?' One would say yes, and then DTG would give a specific time for when the project should be finished to make a profit as quickly as possible. (The aspect of pressure/time is a rough estimate)."

    but then why not release a "rush hour" package with bug fixes and 3 routes as was done in train sim world 2 and thus enrich and improve train sim world 4 instead of releasing a "new" train sim world with others so many new bugs?

    TSW this year? For all we know, they could be doing another thing similar to TSW2's rush hour.

    This could be due to the lack of time or the developer's willingness; it could be anything, unfortunately. Personally, I help DTG find errors. The problem is that many errors are platform-dependent/independent, and it's often difficult to determine exactly. And just fixing errors alone often takes a long time, and I'm not sure exactly how many people work for DTG (which, well, is also a factor—if, for example, there are only 10 3D authors, then you have to figure out how to manage that).

    (I do all of this voluntarily and I am not paid by DTG)

    sure patching a game will raise money!
    it means more satisfied consumer who will advert the game to their friends
    so it will also result in more sales :)

    there is time and willingness to release a "new" tsw (which causes a mountain of new bugs to appear) but not to release a rush hour package that includes new routes and bug fixes, this, in my opinion, makes no sense at all

    What's the difference between TSW5 and Rush Hour 2? I still really fail to see the difference. I had not played with TSW prior to Rush Hour but I remember it releasing full of bugs. A new feature was introduced and it did not work as supposed to be. I don't see the difference in buying Rush Hour DLC of 3 new routes or a number change which gives you 3 new routes. Both packages sound to me like marketing speak for "buy our new products". I really fail to see the behavioural change demanded from DTG here. I've never seen DTG advertising a number change as "coming with a mountain of new bugs". They advertise it as "new features, new routes and bug fixes". They would say the exact same thing about Rush Hour 2 so what is the difference?

    Imagine Rush Hour 2. >Insert whole marketing text on how passengers have improved and how it really feels like Rush Hour this time<. If it is anything like Rush Hour 1 we probably will see so much passengers spawning that every route crashes and we will have the same arguments on why the product is not up to standards.

    Yes, the entire but you are not forced to upgrade to a number. The goal is still to sell you the product whatever it's called, RH2 or TSW5.

    Rush Hour ended up being more a case of Rushed Hour with the various unfinished sections on BML, the curtailment of aspirations for DRA and the broken services/scenarios (Train 66!) on Boston Sprinter.

    the difference is that I would have to redownload all my dlcs which today total almost 300 gigabytes for little or almost no new features just see the "upgrade" from tsw3 to tsw4, tsw3 should have been what tsw4 is today
    actually I am, if I want access to the new dlcs

    Yes, Rush Hour turned out to be less than what was promised as did TSW4. It's hard to sort through all the hyperbole and promotional build-up when DTG releases new content. We're all so excited for something shiny and new we don't exercise much circumspection.

    To be fair, some of the missing content in Rush Hour was patched eventually, at least on DRA and BPE. We're still waiting for some of the promises advertised with TSW4 to be fulfilled.

    I guess we just have to be more skeptical when we watch and read the PR hype that will inevitably come later this year with the launch of TSW5 or Rush Hour2 or whatever moniker it comes with.

    Yes, but DTG can only pull that trick a few times till player get wise to it. TSW4 needs to be fixed before they try and pedal TSW anything.

    Rush hour included 3 new routes, as well as including new features such as rush hour passengers. TSW5 if it happens will do the same.

    Either way, all that matters is if it sells regardless of what it has.

    We had to for the first Rush Hour. UE 4.19 routes wouldn't run under UE 4.26.

    DTG Matt there's a few Xbox-specific bugs which need sorting:

    • Both SIFA and PZB can't be acknowledged with the 'B' button on the Xbox (Series X) controller with the Rosenheim-Salzburg dosto cab car.
    • With the Semmeringbahn version of the 4024 Talent 1 you can't increase/decrease the cruise control speed when using an Xbox (Series X) controller; This is frustrating as this has never been a problem with the Vorarlberg version of the 4024.
    • Eanos wagons: On Xbox Series X, these wagons - when in motion - still have strange transparent artifacts/shapes appear which look really odd.

    Xbox One - ECML: Game Crashing On All Timetable Services Starting From Doncaster.

    When I load into a timetable service that starts from Doncaster on any train and start loading passengers, everything seems okay. However, when I start departing the station, the game will freeze at certain points and then crash. It also crashes just after passing Doncaster freight yard in the opposite direction and before the over-bridge tunnel. This is a bug that been occurring since its release date.

    This is on Xbox One (gen 8). Please fix it DTG.

    I wouldn’t mind seeing a fix for the broken Mastery achievements. Been attempting to complete a few on the GOBLIN but nothing I do is registering. I tried the ‘reach 80mph’ one a few times and hit 80 but it fails to register in the tier one mastery tab.
