So i'm doing the new year's eve scenario run in the Edinburgh to Glasgow, so here's the problem other than my cockpit light and the external train lights, The train is in darkness and i cant seem to find anything that would switch on the passenger carriage lights or am i missing something obvious?

Use the TMS to turn the interior lights on

Just tried this scernario. Lighting aside, which I figured out with the TMS, how much did you score? I had safety systems turned on for which I received NO bonus points, got docked 50-odd for not using my wipers in the rain, had no speeding penalties, but only ended up with 12,139 AP, for a BRONZE medal. How am I supposed to get 21,000 for the Platinum, or even 14,000 for the Gold? It's no wonder I barely touch this route!

The scoring system doesn't work most of the time for many routes and even more with the new scoring. You could drive back and forth along a long stretch of track to get to the platinum score as a workaround

You're telling me you won't play a route just because of the scoring?

No, I mostly don't play it because it's boring, but whether you like a scoring system or not, it should work as advertised. If you put in gold or platinum medals, they should be achievable. Otherwise, it just erodes the trust that you can get anything done in game or make any progress - like spending an hour on a route that gives you a false SPAD or a permanent red at the end.
