I have been using Blender with the existing Blueprintdeitor2 successfully since I started route and asset building. Now when I try to use the same setup with the new 64 bit version, it fails every time. I have even tried using .dds files with the recommended settings, so really has anyone succeeded creating assets with Blender, exporting using Briage and importing using blueprinteditor64. What is the successful process flow?
I didn't know of any blueprinteditor64. I'm aware of the program running the sim in 64 mode. Where is this blueprinter64 located? I'm still using Blender 2.79, Braige for 2.79 and the blueprinteditor2. I also use the .ace converter to change my .png files so I don't have to mess will .dds files.
It's supplied with the Beta (that you need to opt in to) It will become public release when DTG release TSC2024
This seems to be more likely to be a compatibility issue for PCs with an AMD processor, my PC has an AMD FX(tm)-6300 Six-Core Processor, is approximately 10 years old. This is the only application that fails, It even fails when I try to use the official developer sample files. I would love to hear if anyone else with a similar processor has the same issue.
I haven't had any success using the 64-bit version, and I know others have problems too Still using the old one.
What hardware are you using and are you getting errors like this:- TgPcDx.cost" -r "D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\ts14Alpha\Source" -interpalpha -forcecompress [6] ConvertToTg64.exe exited with exit code 0xC000001D trying to convert I am using an AMD CPU and I think the issue is hardware related.
Make sure your textures are in uncompressed 32 bit ARGB format. Afaik DXT1/3/5 compression is not supported anymore.
