PS4 Wrong Signal Indiction

The signal before newington station should be displaying a soild single yellow aspect if turning on to platform 1 at the newington

 

Last time I checked, it did this. What is it doing now?

I mean, last time I checked, it was showing the single yellow aspect as required. It then turns green as you near the junction. I believe this is a form of approach control.

I have just checked again, and it is working correctly for me. What is it doing for you?

Is it possible you had simply not noticed the yellow? There is not much time to notice it after the bend before it turns green.

For context, I was at 50mph when I saw the signal.

Also, are you suggesting it is wrong to do this?
