I was just watching a TrainSimFS video labelled “The Flying Fransiscan” and appearently you can set via location in (what i think is) Scenario Planner.

Look at the top left of the picture, you can see ‘Go via location’ which is weird.

How do i even do this (on console) or is that service just a mod

    Spawn a train
    Sit in the train
    Go to map
    Press X on your train
    Set a destination
    Go to map
    Press X on your train
    Set a waypoint
    ???
    Profit

That's a waypoint the dispatcher is using, but not an instruction that is displayed in the HUD or timetable. These are two different things.

It's the same in TSC, you can give a service waypoints (invisible) to force the dispatcher to use an exact path or GoVias (which is a StopAt instruction with a min speed of 1mph) which will appear in the timetable (and can be rewarded with score if wanted).

So a go via can only be given in Scenario Editor, not in Freeroam.
