    How does it work?

    • Competition closes at mid-day Monday (UK time). The winner will be chosen every Monday.
    • Winner's Prize: The winning screenshot will appear in the game as a loading screen for 1 week!

All Ice trains I have seen in Europe have the name Ice on the outside.

Point was it's not spelled like ice cream, but Eye Cee Eee :) (or the german pronunciation like "Eee Tseigh Aye")

First, the entry. I mean, railways throughout the years. 2024 is a year. Going to go historic with this old DLC.
    Also, the SD40-2 is old.
    Route: 2009-09-25 - Colton & Northern
Scenario: Route - 15, Pine Area Deliveries
    Stock: EMD SD40-2 UP Clean
    20240501192943_1.jpg

Fun fact about this livery. A year or so ago someone was asking where is the new UP livery. Everyone: this is it.
Upon opening the Rascal & Cottonwood manual, it's a revelation. It looks like the UP GP35-DD35 pack. Shining new.

Then why is it painted like vanilla ice cream with a line of strawberry?
Trying so hard to lighten the mood.
It's funny when you know languages you mix pronunciation. I spell it the German way.
I know, who is to blame. The author of the early packs naming scenarios ICE Cold and so.

Second entry, very much of a fantasy involving a few historic things.
Route: Soldier Summit, Provo to Helper
    Scenario: My custom
Stock: EMD SD40-2 UP United Way, EMD DD35 (B) UP, Wagon Flat-TOFC UP with UP trailers (UPTOUPFC for laugh's sake)
    20220713172620 - Wagon Flat-TOFC UP, EMD DD35 UP, EMD SD40-2 UP-UnitedWay.jpg

Being adjacent to the West Coast Main Line the Crew Heritage Centre is an excellent place to see railways through the years.

In this screenshot there are nearly 100 years of railway history. An LNWR G2 Super D, LMS Rebuilt Royal Scot and BR APT sit in the Heritage Centre, while a rake of Class 158s pass them on the main line. North Wales Coast Line.

[Class correction, after advice from mindenjohn]

The "LMS Rebuilt Patriot" (numbered in the 455xx range) is actually a rebuilt Royal Scot (461xx range) although practically identical not the same (sorry).

At Paignton the Dartmouth Steam Railway is co-terminus with the network station, giving an opportunity to see both old and new passenger services. A4 Pacific and Class 43 HST on the Riviera Line: Exeter-Paignton route.
