I think the next Thing they are going to do is Holiday Season until September the whole Crew will have made their summer Holidays because I am going to Holidays as well and I am really excited
Yeah thats why I said they are going to do Holiday Season until September, the whole Crew will have made their summer Holidays, because it is Rotation, until September all will have made it, I actually didnt expect someone appears like you and make such a Response but hey life is Always learning isnt it?! I will explain with Emoticons the Progress before reading your Response I was then I was this after reading it but now I have different Things to do like dinner with my family and then I am again!
What because I said they all wouldn't go on vacation at once you got upset. Just because it's summer don't mean there wait till fall to release a dlc. That would be dumb. Of course they have vacation but jobs aren't school they don't get a month off.
No I am not upset I Show you the Emoticon for Anger but this I was not ! I was which stands for meh, if you dont know meh, I cant explain it, you have to know the meh Feeling to understand it. here is the Definition it fits 100% https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Meh
Dang. I tried to do this earlier, but I gave up after... uh... Spoiler: Last attempt Also worth mentioning that, for those who may think that is unrealistically long, it definitely is for that particular train and route, but some American trains can be even longer than that:
Longest train I ever ran IRL was a 190-car transfer manifest with three ES44's on the point. The length was about 13,200 feet or so. Shukal, thanks for the update! Amazing you can move all that with just two SD40's. Maybe the physics need some tweaking...
the video was made by Daniel Bloch (with a high-end PC) and it was made before the physics updates. It's being pulled by 6 locomotives. (4 are in the middle of the train).
I can't help but notice that sometimes screenshot competitions are themed after upcoming DLC. For example, the theme of "yards" was put out tight before the SW1000R release. With that being said, I wonder if this week's theme, "weighty freight," means anything? Is this further evidence that an American freight route will be announced next week and released a couple of weeks later? Probably not, but hey, this is the baseless speculation thread.
Not to spoil the party but I can confirm that this is not the case - we usually pick specific themes AFTER releases take place And more often than not the themes are a result of Friday morning group brainstorm taking place at our work desks Sorry!
Which means next week's theme will be "bull", but won't have anything to do with an upcoming cattle truck release for the american midwest route that isn't coming either...
The Yards theme was actually a mistake as we should have used it AFTER SW1000R release to get some of those amazing new screenshots
They don't usually do those on weekends. Could be one Monday, but I wouldn't be too surprised if we still had to wait a week or two.
I hope not. I´m ready for a new route. Not that i run out of things to do, i just like diving into new routes. So i hope we get a teaser for the new route soon.
I think we need some user created scenarios to keep things interesting on routes we’ve owned for a while. Obviously this requires the editor first. Whilst I like the 24 hour service mode and the ability to catch any service, it becomes a bit repetitive and boring after a while. My ideal scenario would be to make use of rarely used tracks/tracks we don’t get to go on in service mode. As well as a bit more variety in the amount of AI traffic there is. Perhaps have some adverse signals and/or line blockages. Just to make things a bit more interesting.
Will there be a yearly update and change to what routes are included in the basic TSW package, maybe also the release of the editor/creation tools to coincide with that, now that would be good.
I would expect a new route to be announced next week. Release date set in August. Thats a guess though. Worth giving it a shake.
Let’s hope a new route will be announced in the next week or so, bit bored with the routes I currently have. I’m desperate for something modern to drive.
I’m only going to spend money on DLC if they’re on sale at a price I’m happy with. What I’m not going to do is drop £25 on DLC that doesn’t interest me.
It’s fair to say it’s been pretty dire for us that like modern British stuff. The only thing that fits that category is GWE, which was the second route to be built for TSW. I really hope the next British DLC isn’t something BR era based again, as we’ve had quite a lot of that already so it’d be nice to have something else for a change.
It's fair to say it's been pretty boring for us that like American routes as there's only 3 (2 for console) and locomotive dlc you can't do much with other than the gp40-2.
The TSW community demans an Australian route to be next. Thats all I read in the forums. Its overwhelming.
I was never a fan of British trains but after playing with TSxx for so long and watching videos and researching, i fell in love with the brit railways especially the allowance to have private companies search in the transportation market. We need that here in the US more. I for splitting Amtrak up and allowing private company sectors to step in and compete, hey its only better for us customers to find better prices. But yea modern Brit routes and equipment is a must now!!!!!!!!
I know you were, what I’m saying is, £25 to me is a lot of money for something I’m not really interested in when the next DLC could appeal to me much more.
Yeah so Republicans can gut the railroads due to lack of ridership. Of course that's going to happen, when you have bihourly trains with politicians more concerned about getting that fat paycheck from private highways and motor vehicle lobbyists. Only reason it works in Great Britain is because government won't allow trains to fail, whereas in the US, it'll be a repeat of what happened post WW2 where almost 90% of our public transportation services got axed due to politics. Plus, not too many British people are happy at all with privatization. Go to public forums and all you ever hear is an angry list of complaints from customers lol.
This isn't about politics so if you think it is then get off the forums. If you want to talk politics go to Facebook or Instagram or something. Just not here.
It seams that TSW slow down a bit now in summer. Based on little sumary, American/Canadian route is logical next step. German: MSB > 182 > 155 British: Class 52 > TVL > HFP American: SW1000R > ??? > ???
I would also like to intercede extending to another continent. asia, australia ... It is interesting to observe the differences in the different marking and security systems. Recently there was a proposal for an interesting track. I think it would be a lot like Sand Patch Grade. + passenger transport. https://forums.dovetailgames.com/th...interest-in-making-an-australian-route.16991/
Talking about "foreign countries" I really would like Switzerland, India (I think DTG can reuse British assets here, don't know), and Japan of course ;-) But as I know myself I take everything that's released
Brazil or Australia would be interesting to have. Brazil has allot of trains like America that have there own unique detail. And Australia has a mixed bag of engines and scenery so it would be nice.
Japanese Shinkansen would be something epic for Train Sim World with fast passenger runs that are on a tight schedule.
