    Standing in your way are “real world anglers" such as Scott Martin, Ali Hamidi, John Crews, Dave Levy, Jacob Wheeler, Ian Russell and many more as you compete in a multiple tournament career path, going from amateur to elite status, gaining social media following and earning sponsorship deals from over 50 licensed tackle companies such as Korda, Booyah, Mainline, 13Fishing and RidgeMonkey, all linked to your ongoing career earnings.

    Fishing Sim World Pro Tour has 10 lakes to choose from, including the famous tournament venues, Lake Guntersville and Lake Travis as two of our five vast US lakes. European venues include Gigantica Main Lake in France, Manor Farm Lake from the UK’s top day-ticket water complex Linear Fisheries and a section of the Grand Union Canal in London. With plenty of variety in the environments, different styles of fishing and hundreds of trophy fish to catch, there are always new challenges to face, that will test your skills to the limit.

    Take your fishing online and challenge your friends in multiplayer sessions where you set the rules. Choose how the session will be scored, what species will be counted, time limits and weather conditions. Customise even further, so you are targeting a variety of species with different rulesets for each additional competitive round you add.

    You can also test your skills against anglers from all over the world in our Dovetail Fishing League. Different tournaments are set each week for you to take part in that contribute to your global rankings as you aim for the coveted Angler of the Month title.

    With 29 different species of fish to catch including Bass, Carp, Walleye, Muskie, Pike, Barbel, Zander, Tench, Bream, Brown and Rainbow trout, each with its own unique AI and behavioral system, making sure you have the right tackle setup is of the utmost importance.

    Every item of equipment you require for each style of fishing or species of fish targeted is available from our licensed partners. From end tackle by Korda through to lures from Booyah and boats from Bass Cat, Fishing Sim World Pro Tour features some of the biggest names in the fishing industry.

    Can we see a demo of game play before release? Think that would be pretty cool to have a look at the game to see what is coming. Just to exciting and can't wait. :D

    DTG_Stephen there’s a problem in PS Store: if you buy FSW+QuadPass it costs 39,99 and FSW with QuadPass separate costs 34,... It’s a problem?

    Rainbow and brown trout will be coming with the update.

    Not all future lakes will be free, we will still do paid add-on lakes.

    We will be doing demos and previews of Fishing Sim World: Pro Tour on our weekly streams in the build up to release.

    This is probably as a result of the two products being discounted individually but the bundle not being discounted.

    We will be bringing in dead baits as an option to help with catching catfish and we will be continuing to expand on the range of baits available in future.

    Yep, the game will become Fishing Sim World: Pro Tour on store pages at that point and you will be buying the updated version of the game.

    Me and a lot of people would love to see European Pros, there are some awesome skilled guys and girls out there like Sabrina Zorn from Austria that is fishing on the Danube. (One of the biggest and hardest Rivers in Europe). She is working for Fox Rage/Salmo and is Lund Boats Ambassador! The woman who every fisherman is dreaming about.

    We have over 100 anglers total across bass and carp fishing.

    seeing that you are introducing barbel which is a river fish and you are putting it into a canal. are you going to put grayling into the canal as well, my favourite fish i love to catch on rivers as well as the barbel.

    Grayling won't be coming in with the update. We might look to add them in future.

    Hey Stephan the channel cats are not right in color and when u have young channel cat they are silver with black spots on them and when they are big they are dark on top and silver hope this helps thanks

    Our dev team have made changes to the channel colours following the stream which you saw them in.

    There are no plans for another season pass at the moment.

    More info will be coming about that soon.

    Hi all I'm just wondering if anybody seen the new about the world's largest siamese carp caught at Gillhams resort a few days ago 232lbs and 80 minutes to land some feat of endurance by that guy

    just got my pc up so really been playing old rts games other then spotting the stuff in game about it and carp update didn't see date on anything but carp update news in game.. ty for reply tho can't wait to try it out on the 18th.

    I highly doubt they'd make us start over on our hard earned progress. That wouldn't be good business ethic at all... 4 more days and we'll all find out what this new update is all about. :)

    A lot of U.K. developers release updates at around the 5pm mark so the U.S. are awake & everyone get's it at the same time.
    Appears Sony Europe have jumped the gun & released it early anyway
