So I noticed that when I drive on ECML only the 9 Car Class 801/2 Azuma AI Trains spawn with custom liveries and not the Five Car variant. The only way you can use a custom livery for the Five Car Variant is by using the livery yourself and not seeing it on any other train. It will be nice if this could be fixed so you can able to see variations of different trains on the route instead of just seeing only one type.
