Has anybody noticed as of late how you just cant walk through the drivers seats? Every train (at least the UK ones because i mainly play those) have this issue. When you spawn/get on the train first time its normal, until you have driven for a couple of miles, you stopped at a station and then try to get out. You are thrown into the middle of the cab, want to get out of the cab on the side where the driver seat is located? You try walking out but then the driver seat became not walk through-able anymore. The only way you can exit the cab now is either walk into the passenger saloon and out from the door there or walk to the other side of the cab door and get out from there, walk on the track and then head back to the platform. Is that meant to always happen or not?? If it isnt can somebody from DTG fix this issue? cuz again this is happening on ALL trains.
As said above, the seat becomes solid on all trains when you press 1 twice in a row. It seems like when you do this, the character model remains in the seat even after you get up, but becomes invisible. It is a shame, since pressing 1 twice resets your camera view (a feature silently introduced into TSW4), but we cannot utilise it.
Wait so. Is it actually a bug or not relating to the driver seat being not walk throughable? and was the dev expecting us NOT meant to press 1 key twice? or what?
It is a bug. The ability to reset the camera view by pressing 1 was never mentioned by DTG, so it is unknown if the developers intentionally put that in or if they accidentally turned on an Unreal Engine feature. The only workaround so far is to avoid pressing 1 more than once in a row.
