Reported as a bug and got reply from Chris that other people have completed. Problem is for me there is no overhead catenary to power up train so no move. If someone could try and tell me what I am doing wrong. Just be sure to try 11.36 time as there are a few versions of 5566 Cheers.
Can confirm this bug - and it seems AI can't do it either, but when I spawn at 11:40, the AI has completed the move.
