Will there be any news and release date for new San Bernardino to Los Angeles route

 

Only waiting for new European content. So I really wish. Can we expect any new european countries being added or news on new 3rd party content

1. What would be included in US core update and when it would release?
2. Any new infos about expert DB Class 101 and Skyhook's Class 158?
3. Can we expect an August Routemap or it would be replaced by a livestream event?

When will the suspension update drop?
It's time to release the 101 Expert. Where is it?
How much will it cost us to make JD accidentally spill the beans on TSW5?

 

Will the next rolling stock, starting from 380/101, have already implemented the Suspension Update? At least, the basics for it to work. I know this is a Core Feature. Thanks in advance JD!

1. Can we get a few more shots of the IC cab car? Are there any infos about the gameplay? Like base route(s), number of services and how substitution of the non-expert 101 works?

2. Any infos/hints about the DTG german loco DLC? Like an era? The route it's developed for? Is it a loco or a EMU/DMU?

3. Anything new about SimTracks german loco DLC? (see 2.)

4. Can we have a check in with other 3rd parties? Like how's UW's Tadami? What's Rivet doing after the Leven branch update?

 

What are DTG's plans about older routes, are they being randomly selected and upgraded (where possible, as GWE for example is too old, i suspect) for TOD4 or timetable remasters? Or are these one off side-projects.

Are there plans to tidy up the hideous number of duplicate trains (mostly the class 66) we have?
Can they be merged into the newest version and rolled back onto older routes, so instead of a GWE and ECW 66, we just have one copy of the most upto date.

 

Can we expect to hear more about the Leven Branch for Fife Circle tommorow ??.

 

1. Realistically, how many of the existing, older TSW routes - those still TOD 3 - could be updated to TOD 4 (with possible timetable update?); Basically, is there any intention to upgrade all remaining routes - at least all first-party examples - in the coming years? There are so many great routes which would be brilliant to see updated, from BML to RSN as well as Hamburg now with the 218 etc.

2. Some bugs which have still not been fixed since the last update, any chance there will be more time to address such in the near future?

3. Have any more third-party developers joined TSW?

4. Would DTG consider doing more loco DLC for older routes specifically?

 

When is planned to fix the outstanding bugs still outstanding after the "German Update"?

What is the future ( if there is one ) for US content in TSW beyond San Bernadino? Given that any HIS content is likely years away, is there any other source we can count on or will DTG step up and make freight routes again, perhaps using existing assets and/ or maybe working the Class 2 railroad market.

 

Will Rivet be implementing the new ScotRail rolling stock into their routes as AI layers (Both Edinburgh to Glasgow and Fife Circle) now they are becoming available? As DT seem to layer their own routes with no issue, whilst the Edinburgh to Glasgow route feels very dead and left in the past.

Any news on the PIS bug on SEHS

 

Matt talks alot about companies that Licenses are not available for, can you give an oversight on companies that HAVE been responsive (Brightline?, Transport for Wales?, Colas?)

 

Any news on the scoring system effecting the class 47? The safety systems still not registering the points.

 

How is the onboard announcements progressing? When a solution is found will it be added to previous routes and in the relevant regional voice?

 

Maybe it's the companies that are already ingame?

 

Which companies are these?

 

What’s the status of applying suspension update to older already-released stuff, and will also vagons have it’s suspension working? (Like BR155, BR628 on Niddertalbahn, BR111 ´n dostos in Salzburg-Rossenheim,…) Will it be all released at one moment?

Will every upcomming rolling stock have included this new “workable” suspension feature?

 

Maybe it would be nice to hear what companies are engaging with DTG so that the community can generate some positivity around potential future content, without DTG saying "we are doing this route" they could quite easily say "we have had some great conversations with TfW and we are working with them at present"

 

Freightliner, Virgin.... to name but 2

 

What is great is that the Rhein Ruhr Osten route gets a TSW 4 update and an extension to Dortmund which is nice and if possible a new timetable because normally long-distance traffic on the

 

The usual suspects:

Is there any progress to share on...
- Xbox Audio?
- Z-Fighting on Xbox?
- Distant mountain scenery on Series X?
- substitution issues (both loco and CC liveries, although different causes)?

And, out of personal interest:
- Since community projects have been published on recent roadmaps I suspect there are plans to enable mod support on consoles in the future, because otherwise this would have been a bit out of place. Is there anything to share about this yet?

 

TfW would be cool to have, since they're my local operator aswell as Avanti - I'd love to have them in the game eventually, especially on a North Wales Coast line route; Chester to Holyhead maybe?
I've not heard anything of Colas.. so I'm lead to believe they also ignored/turned the offer down. I really hope they haven't, and that DTG just haven't asked them yet, since Colas is my favourite rail company and who I eventually want to drive for.. so having them in the game and some of their rolling stock would be great for me!!

Unlikely they'll go into detail, because that's just like saying "what new routes are coming".
If they say TfW for example, it's conformation of a welsh route.
They'll likely just say "we're talking with operators and they're being positively responsive"

 

Any information on where the class 380's sounds were from?
Does the scotrail 158 have any improvements or other changes compared to the EMT one? (Aside from visual things)
Anything on the 385 sound update that was talked about when E-G released?
Will the 314 get suspension when the update goes out?

 

A very odd question I have, is, going forward will refurbishments of rolling stock like their real life counterparts take place? As we have a unrefurbished 375 variant that came with the ROG Class 37. As the Class 395 fleet has gone through an internal refurbishment recently, will that ever be reflected in the game, or will rolling stock stay 'seen as released'?'.

 

Have Skyhook been hit with delays/issues while developing the 158 as it has been in development for 4 months which is a considerable amount of time for a DLC loco

 

Not that I'm a spokesperson or anything. But, unless they update the timetable to the current year, unlikely.

 

Any plans for MBTA, Amtrak and Metro North?

 

If it's set in a particular era, I totally understand. But with SEHS/BML for example, being some of the most popular routes in the game, I just wondered if modern routes will ever get refurbished or overhauled variants of EMUs/DMUs to match with their real life equivalents, going forward? Even if it was a small £1.99 DLC! As the Class 395s have just finished a new refurbishment and look different internally with new moquette etc...

There will be a timetable update for Cathcart Circle Line because of the release of the 380. Are there plans for timetable updates for Scotish Express and Fife Circle Line too (even ift they are from Rivet).

 

What about the timetable update for SKA. It was announced as part of TSW4 content in last August. In the last roadmap your explanation was it has to step back behind the Cathcart Circle update.

 

When will we get back the fast moving external camera on consoles? I think that feature is more important than some missing trophies or achievements. Because TSW is a simulation.

 

Do the 158 for Scotrail have the famous 158 AI guard? And maybe the excellent in train voice announcements?

 

They've said it before but there are no plans to bring suspension updates to older content. They want to focus on the tsw4 core trains. It's a loco by loco change that requires an extensive amount of work so it's not something they can just bring to every train

 

Any further updates to share, regarding the xbox audio issue? Last we heard, there was a test bulid in progress to test memory use.
