Hello everyone i think everyone has the new roadmap saw in TSW so i make a thread on the new UK route and UK add-ons loco so for me it's interesting there are a lot of things are possible

1 WCML from london euston to Milton Keynes RS: class 390-350s and 805 (the route could be in 2024 and it could be a really interesting publicity stunt for Avanti west coast the class 805 will be this summer enters in service) and it's 55 miles (80s km)

2 Eurostar route from Ashford Itln to Lille europe or paris nord it's a possible route why because there is a easterg egg with plan of a class 373 (TGV TMST) and the add-ons loco could be confirm this and could a class 374 (Eurostar E320) what could be the base of rolling stock : class 373,Tgv duplex 200 and add-ons loco class 374

3 ECML extansion to london Kings cross i know a lot of people thinks that could be not possible because DTG say there is no plan to extended a TSW 4 route but i think with the UK add-ons loco it could be possible so and what could be the rolling stock : class 717 (new train),class 700/1,class 387/1,class 66 and class 801 and the UK loco add-ons could be the class 91 with MK 4 coaches and 82/2

4 MML so for me it could be a possible route and a lot of people wait a UK route with the triple 2 it is one of the most requested trains with the class 91 and 60 on the forum but i have no idea what could be the route on MML

WCML south for me. would love the chiltern mainline but it's never gonna be a standout route on the cover of the new game. 390 would fill so many stations on so many other routes. Manchester Piccadilly, Birmingham New Street, Glasgow, Edinburgh and it's a route you can promote the game around.

Something West or ECML would be most likely I think. I don’t think anybody’s really desperate for a Eurostar route and MML is just less interesting than the other mainlines listed

Won't be eurostar as they aren't remotely interested and it'd just either be tunnel running or set in europe

How long is a piece of string...

As we've said previously, likely to be electrified, fairly modern and maybe layering something in from recent releases. GEML could be a stalking horse with the 745 as the main new train and the 710 layering in from Goblin. Yuck, modern rubbish as far as I'm concerned.

WCML would be pointless without a 390 and AFAIK Avanti are still no go for licencing.

Thinking further afield maybe Wherry Lines but for a keynote release maybe not quite got the "wow" factor. Maybe another section of the ECML, perhaps with Newcastle as one of the end points.

Settle and Carlisle, maybe but unless they buy in the 158 from SHG what's going to run on it.

Something Highland Scottish - nice but traffic levels are low so the timetable wouldn't have much to offer. And of course Scotland is largely the preserve of Rivet, even though they're not very good at it.

Or they might be thinking of building on the Birmingham or Manchester suburban networks.

That's been in there years, and they haven't done anything with it, which suggests they only have access to the logo

Exactly. I don’t know why people want a Eurostar. It’s literally just Kassel-Wurzburg but instead of lots of tunnels it’s just one big tunnel.

I'd still like to see ECML fleshed south and at some point have KGX to explore. With the greater anglia services now running from platform B at St Pancras it may make it.harder to do now as you'd have two behemoth stations to model

I do fear it will be another dull offering like GOBLIN, but longer. Whatever it is though it needs to be a decent length and quality as they are taking their time with it and have a JT route to compete with! Though I do feel that's a one horse race!

I'm going to make an informed speculation...

We've have a section of the ECML, we have a small portion of the MML, so what's missing? A part of the WCML.

Also, going by last years whinging about London King's Cross to Peterborough not being modelled, I think it'll be a London terminal.

So, with all that being said, I think we are going to get WCML South, with London Euston to Milton Keynes or Rugby.
