I have done some services, new cathcart services, iow 2022 and completing them but it my medels dont get acknowledged i have completed that service, has this happened to anyone else
Yes, I have found it to be a fairly regular occurrence also. It's a bit random whether the medal appears or not. Perhaps depending on the route? I'm not sure. Annoying, but I try not to worry about it.
Yeah happening to me just about every run on any route. I did wonder if it was related to ending the service by returning to free roam rather than the menu but I haven’t tested that hypothesis.

Hi Alex, My impression (may be wrong) is that it was affecting me across all content, but not all of the time. It was definitely happening prior to the recent core updates. As I said above, I wondered if it might have been because I return to free roam at the end of services rather than going to the menu, but I don't know for sure. I'm afraid I can't provide any more information as, entirely unrelatedly, a computer crash has just wiped out my whole profile of 800+ levels. :-(
it has happened on any of the dlc i own, i have submitted a ticket about this too, but in the response it wanted me to take a pic of the problem, i dont know how to show i have done it and not shown me as completing the timetable of that service
Hi, Alex. This was in Rivet's forum, posted on 10 July: I'm surprised barely anyone has pointed this out, but this appears to be an issue with every timetable that uses the new scoring system (including Rivet releases). Every time you arrive more than 32 seconds too early at a station, you receive a penalty for being "too early". In other words, you don't get the maximum of 240 AP points awarded, even when you stop at the perfect spot. Currently the only way to avoid this, is to slow down until the timer catches up. That's especially problematic for timetables with very loose timings. What's even worse is that points for using safety systems aren't even awarded if you pass a checkpoint below 5 km/h or 3 mph.
Can confirm it’s happened to me once on bakerloo line as well, I think it was after spawning in on foot and completing a service, or doing a timetable service and continuing on foot after the service finished, then taking over the next service.
One thing I learnt a while ago is that the medals don't save until you're back to a menu, if you close the game while it is showing the result screen it won't ever save that result, moving on from that screen is what triggers the save.
