This route would span the 37 miles from hull to Scarborough and include the class 155 “super sprinter” plus the class 170. Stations are as follows: Scarborough Seamer Filey Hunmanby Bempton Bridlington Nafferton Driffiled Hutton cranswick Arram Beverly Cottingham Hull The line has a half hourly service to bridlington run by 155s and a service to Scarborough every hour run by 170s Hope you liked this suggestion!
The 155 only runs as far as Bridlington - the 170 goes to Scarborough. Scarborough service is every hour, not every two hours. Doesn't stop at Arram, Hutton Cranswick, or Nafferton (except some peak services). Bridlington service is every hour. Stops at all stations (Arram every 2 hours). Not much value after 7pm though. 19:23 the last train goes to Scarborough before returning to Hull. Probably the best way to get the 155 in game though, only 7 of them left and they all run the Bridlington - York (via Hull) services.
Interesting route but probably better set back in BR days, particularly when Filey Camp station was still open and received loco hauled summer relief trains on Saturdays, in the season.
