    Hi,

I have TSW4 on PC. I have several DLC's that show up in the game internal store as "owned", i.e "Rhein Ruhr Osten Wuppertal - Hagen". They also show up as "installed" in the STEAM Shop. But they do not show up in my ingame collection. When I click on the ingame store button "Owned", it just opens the steam client ..

When I right click TSW in my Steam Libary, and go to "Manage DLCs", they also do not show up ...

My latest DLC "DB BR 218" is playable without problems ...

In the DLC manager, things that are unticked won't be installed and therefore cannot be played. Things that are ticked should be installed, but if they are still not appearing in the game you should verify the game's files.

Sorry to hear that, you should contact DTG support then. They will need a copy of your appmanifest file and check it.

Maybe DTG-Chris can jump in here.

I have the exact same problem and also tried clearing the Steam download cache. I haven't checked all the DLCs I own that should show up, but the DB G6 Diesel is definitely missing in my DLC manager.

Dreamfish would be cool if you could update your support ticket and let them know that you are not the only one experiencing this problem and it would be kind if you could leave Dovetails response to your ticket here. Thank you! :)

I'd say it's worth giving it a couple of days, sometimes Steam can get confused and won't show things it should.

Hi all, we frequently see issues like this due to a misunderstanding of the Steam Family Sharing policy. When it comes to "sharing" or "borrowing" DLC from another Steam account, there are significant limitations to be aware of.

    upload_2024-7-31_14-58-36.png

For this reason, we would advise players not to use multiple Steam accounts, as you may well end up in a situation where you have purchased the content on the wrong account, and Steam have no obligation to let you transfer purchases according the Steam Subscriber Agreement all Steam users have signed when they created an account.

We have no control or influence over Steam Family Sharing, so please contact Steam Support for any account or purchase related queries.
