Dovetail Live Dovetail Live Screenshot Upload Error

I have never had a Issue using dovetail live before but i haven't been able to use it for about a week or so because every time i select the upload option is just gives and error. I made a support ticket followed instructions but it didnt get me anywhere. Has anyone else had the same issue?

I had this issue for the last few months and I put a support ticket in, followed the instructions and they (DTG) couldn't replicate the issue. So frustrating that someone else is now experiencing this and thankfully it isn't just me who is experiencing this problem .

As a temporary (permanent in my case) workaround, I have installed TSW on Microsoft Store for PC instead which does the trick and allows you to take Railfan Shots as normal .

 

Yeah i tried all their steps even verifying my profile that ive had for 3 years or so now and nothing. randomly the other day it let me take 1 screenshot thats it.

 

I too have run into this problem now... it keeps happening and I have no idea why

It was working fine before!

 

submit a ticket as well maybe if they get enough complaints they will fix it.

I tried logging in and out of DTL as well, silly me thought that would work lol

 

I did find a temporary workaround until I get a response or fix, and it's just to make a new DTL account entirely

Bit of a pain but ah, things happen

 

So ive been testing something i been annoyingly deleting locally saved screenshots one by one it seems to work. So at risk of losing my game save i cleared local storage for TSW and it seems to have done the trick so far with no issues. I will report back with an update later.

 

So it seems to have worked so far

This is at your own risk i didn't lose my save or any info besides the saved screenshots on local storage. You game save is on the cloud so deleting it locally doesn't do anything.


Steps i took.

My games & apps > Hit options on TSW > Manage TSW4 > Saved data > Deleted All > Reboot game

I only tried this because i had a similar issue with snowrunner and mods taking up space even when removed.
