I've started on foot in Cologne Depot on Cologne-Aachen. I spawned the Bpmmbdzf train and drove to Cologne main station. There i changed the cab to the BR 101 and started driving to Aachen main station. When entering LZB supervision i got LZB Ende, which i needed to acknowledge. This stayed activated until PZB came active after Düren. This caused emergency brakes, if i wanted to drive 200 km/h. I disabled failures and it didn't happen, if i spawned the train in the right direction. I've also noticed, that the icon of the BR 101 on the map, pointed in the wrong direction. Maybe this could be a hint to the source of the problem.
Only one note, you cannot drive >165 km/h without LZB being active, as you will not be able to stop in time anymore when seeing an adverse signal. As for the rest, I will try to reproduce.
Thanks. LZB was active until i exited LZB shortly after Düren. The AFB worked also for 200 km/h and i got correct data in the MFA/MFD, also shown in the backup MFA. The issue was, that LZB Ende was active the whole time. And i think this caused emergency brakings.
I've also seen issues after a SiFa Störung, the 1000 Hz Indicator staying on permanently, also the 85 indicator along with LZB Ü+B. It'll take a good step-by-step how to reproduce report for the devs, it's not yet as robust as in Zusi.
