Moin, Again a suggestion from the waters just outside my home port... station, I mean: We've seen Hagen in TSW already, but this route for the most part is quite a bit different in character than RSN: For once, it offers a lot more variety in services and usable rolling stock, anything from S-Bahn to ICE in fact. It touches four larger cities where long distance trains stop, namely Cologne, Solingen, Wuppertal and Hagen. On the other end of the spectrum, we also have Germany's smallest "Central station", namely that of Gevelsberg - which isn't even a station at all technically, but a halt. Nowadays, the route is heavily used by a few private carriers, which would bring up licensing issues (issues bein a euphemism for costs in this case), so why not do it the same way as with RSN. It would after all be a good opportunity to add quite a number of new DB classes to the mix, including the legendary BR 110.3. When RE7 still was operated by DB, they still were. Today the route is run by National Express, which would require a new license as far as I'm aware... and would just give us a repaint of the Talent 2. A fairly fancy one, especially on the inside, but still... 112 137 at Opladen 112 164 at Wuppertal-Oberbarmen
It must many years away, because I was Always at Wuppertal since 2014 and there was only the 111 with Doppelstockwagen on RE7
111 was on both Trains, I saw never the 112 here in NRW. I only know that she driving in Norddeutschland like Berlin or Rostock, like Baureihe 114.
OK, so you don't associate the 112 with the RE7, fair enough, but that doesn't change the fact it was used there for many years. Google has enough photos of that. And I've taken enough myself to know better as well. Not saying the 111 would be a bad addition of course
Thanks! Not necessarily though, at least fleet-wise DTG did the same with RSN, the last DB (passenger) train on the real route is a few years ago as well. The RSN stations however are depicted in their current state with many having been modernized, which didn't happen until after DB left. With Letmathe being shown as currently being renovated, that puts the timeframe in the 2016/2017 area. WAY after Abellio took over the line. So that's a bit of an anachronism there, technically.
