Loco Class 800 Gwe

As we are going to get an upgrade to GWE, I hope we get the 800 as a separate dlc. The 800s started operations around 2017 with the 387s. The route wouldn't be as realistic without the 800 as this was a significant train on the lime with the hst in 2017. Its not a bad option because it is bi mode meaning it can have ac and then diesel.

And in 2017 the route was fully electrified and 80X's were running in late October 2017
