Steam [resolved] Publisher Error - Unable To Purchase Tsw3 After Addition Of Tsw5

    Just a heads-up, Dovetail made an error when adding TSW5 to the steam store. It's no longer possible to purchase TSW3 without owning TSW5. (If you add TSW5 to your cart then it will work)

    Thank you for letting us know. It has been logged with our retail team. For visibility, Steam has been manually building hundreds of entitlements based on our instructions. The vast majority are working without issue, but there is still a chance of human error in one or two. We're chasing up and resolving any remaining issues with Steam as players like yourself are reporting them.

    Thank you Chris for your speedy reply. Do you know when this may be resolved?

    I found the error because I was trying to activate a retail key of Train Sim World 3 Standard Edition, but Steam gave me an error, stating that it requires ownership of another product before I can activate it. This turned out to be Train Sim World 5.

    It's been resolved, thank you very much for the really quick assistance. Very impressive!

    The recent announcement of the Zwolle - Groningen line for TSW5 brought me right back into the franchise. ;)
