i think District line should be a route to come in TSW. But you could make it in the 1990’s cause Dovetail does that. The District line is 40 miles

The District line goes west to east and to Wimbledon and Edgware Road and Richmond
    Terminus stations:
    Ealing Broadway
    Richmond
    Edgware Road
    Earls Court
    Wimbledon
    Tower Hill
    Upminster

The District line uses the D78 stock

    And the C stock

    Why the 1990's?
Personally I would rather see the line in 2015-2017 so both the D Stock and S stock can be featured.
