Xbox Series X Br218 "to The Rescue" Scenario

On Xbox Series X, I want to complete the "To The Rescue" scenario but I can't complete because after I couple to the train, the freight train behind me gets stuck on my return path which prevents me from completing the scenario

 

Simple Open map and delete train that’s in your way

 

I think you can't delete trains in scenario. I thought you could do it only in free roam and timetable mode

 

Same on PS5.... Does TSG have testers. if so are they asleep?

 

The fix for that was provided to DTG. That's ll i can do. I have no control over what's going on with patch releases. One thing to note for that particular scenario is timing. If you are way to late, the back path gets blocked. There was no other way to make that journey a bit more interesting. Otherwise i had to delete most of the AI trains on the back trip. If you keep the pace the scenario runs fine, even without the fix (what is just a timing fix for one of the AI trains to give the player more room to being late).
