As in the title and per real life the class 710 should be the /3 varient (if that's the one on the watford DC line). It would add another layer of emersion as would be a thoughtful and easy touch to add.
The 710/3s are only on the Watford dc temporarily, the plan is for them to eventually move to the NLL (Mildmay Line) to allow a few class 378's to move to the ELL (Windrush Line).
Variations such as this seem like no brainer options that should be created during development to save on time and resources later on. In a very similar way, it could have been beneficial to do the following.... Class 165/1 alongside Class 166 on GWE. Class 377 subclasses for ECW and BML. Class 350/2, /3, and /4 for upcoming WCML South. To create these now would effectively mean starting them as a whole new project. Missed opportunities that developers should consider going forward in order to save on development time. Fairly straightforward as many trains are part of a wider family of types.
Yes the devlopers missed something like that for example we could of had the 377/2 ages ago for the milton keys services instead of /4 which is the wrong train in the frist place
